Labtop Sonyvaio Vgn-cr21s But Dvd-rom Is Not Detecting By Window It Says Driver Corrupt Or Missing???? Sufferi?
I have sonyvaio labtop model-vgn-cr21s and its suddenly stop detecting my dvd-rom and i did try alot and with differnet ways but still problem is not recoved even i did report to microsoft even they hadnt given me any solution...i have windows vista home premium ...dont know what to do but its really disturbing me ...any one please help me i would be gratefull to u ...thanksin my computer it doesnt show dvd drive (Read answers)

Earlier on my sony vaio i wanted to watch a video then it said to help against virus protection install system security and i installed it. then i couldn 't load anything no internet no system restore no windows welcome. also i tried to restore and it would let me load in safe mode. im asking how do i completely restore it apparently you press f something at start up screen but i dont know please please help me i will give 10 points for best answer!!!!!!
